@VerizonSupport customer for almost 20 years and the customer service agent I just talked to said I should just leave and go to T-Mobile. Amazing how far down Verizon has gone. All this over a trade credit that I am due.

@TMobile How do you have Magenta Plans with international data 2G and 3G and unlimited texting in 215 countries and when you get to the country there is no service. 9 days with tech support over 20 hours on the phone and no solution. Horrible service after 12 years and this is round 3.

@JohnSymons I live in Orange Beach Alabama. I only have two bars on the incoming signal on my T-Mobile “tower” and it works great. So well that I put my retired next door neighbor on it also to save her a few bucks.

Is it just me or do I feel the urge to cancel my @netflix account. @TMobile can you replace that with a credit in bill or another streaming service. Just saying. Pfft password enforcement. Enforce this cancellation.

@TMobileHelp your customer service reps don’t seem to know how to put customers on hold w/o disconnecting. Your internet service is too slow. I’m returning. It’s been impossible. I got disconnected 2x today.

@TMobileHelp @HansSol88320186 T-Mobile's 'personal guarantee' to fix issues really only means that T-Mobile will guarantee to close the ticket and give you the option to port out. Rural service is still non-existent in many areas that T-Mobile has been claiming service for +7 years.

@Dexerto This is going to be a issue that Hulu once had. A lot of people use internet like T-Mobile home internet or Verizon home internet etc. the IP address literally changes like every other week.

@TMobileHelp I already explained the broken part, after selecting the device and color and storage option, the next page asks if I wanna add "device protection" and nothing is clickable on that page! Simple as that.So I can't move on with the pre order as it doesn't let me skip that part.

@TMobileHelp @donnapz78 Why u gotta lie like that? There is NO DEAL FOR EXISTING CUSTOMERS. Wait, I take it back. There is always a BAD DEAL. We will give u a phone if u add an additional line.. or on a rare occasion, no add a line required, but u must change ur calling plan to a more expensive one! 🤔

@Mintmobile Lmao, I’ve had horror stories with T-Mobile, Verizon.. T-Mobile wouldn’t let me get a new phone because THEY didn’t mail it from THEIR safe and charged me 900$ and said I ****** UP.. “so tell me how I have a new phone then” … IT TOOK THE REGIONAL MANAGER OR WHATEVER TO FIX
